Costume Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund costumes or fancy dress outfits which you find aren't right for you. Please Note Costume Accessories (stockings, briefs etc) are not able to be returned. Please keep on your own undergarments when trying the items on and return all pieces of the costume.
If you find that you do need a different size, please return the costume within 14 days (of the invoice date). Any costumes received outside of the 14 day period will be awarded a credit note only.
Postage to return the items is covered by the customer.
We suggest that you send any returns of costumes back to us via registered post as any lost items in postal transit are the customer's responsibility.
All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back at the customers expense with no refund of the item.
Return the costume with your invoice, name, email and telephone number. Please be sure to clearly identify you as the sender of the costume,
